An Invitation to Duchess War
Yes, it's that time again ... Duchess War is nearly here so gather your war
band un
derl the banner of a Lady of Noble Estate and take the field in her
honor.

Ladies of Noble Estate ...those who have reigned over kingdom or principality
... there are brave warriors who would fight under your banner...call them to
arms and come fight for honor, glory and fun.

This is a resurrection war fought between  war bands ... so there are as many
sides as there are fighting units. You say your fighting unit only has 3
members... alliances are always a good thing.  Don't belong to a war unit,
come join for the day with one of the bands or find others without a group and
form your own on site.  But most important come and have fun...

This is a treasure chest war so all fighters go away with a bit of "loot" at the
end of the day.  There are always treasure donations from the local shire
members and from those Ladies of Noble Estate sponsoring war bands, but to
make certain that everyone gets a bit of "loot" ... a donation to the treasure
chest from each participant would be appreciated.  Something simple that you
would like to receive yourself is the best kind of donation.
